Well, there WAS a book sequel "Who p-p-plugged Roger Rabbit" which did a bit of retconning.
(1) A brother for Roger who stuttered -differently.
(2) A 2nd brother for Eddie.
(3) A sister for Jessica.
The plot involved making a animated short called "Gone with the Wind" and why it was finally made as a live-action feature film. Also at the start, Roger was to play Rhett Butler !
Besides, I'm a girl, I like my guys.
Teasing Jessica, I guess...
I love the pose, and the way his eyes seem to shine.
Have to admit I feel a little intimidated watching this (guess that means I'd be gay just for Roger ), but definitively you've done a great job with this fanart
In a way, the way I see it, Roger like a lot of cartoon chars is not really a gender specific concept like the way we are as people. A character like him I feel cannot really fit into any male or female role. neither do I think he could be said to be attractive in the same manner a gay man would look at another gay man. And hes neither a symbol of a childs role (especially since he is an adult cartoon).
What I would say Roger is is that he is a cute toon bunny. His attractiveness, like many other toons, is in their cute toon animal nature. Theyre friendly and funny and adorable and pobably very soft to snuggle. XD I would not say that someone who is attracted to Roger is either a gay or straight person in RL, I would only say that they are simply attracted to cute cartoon chars. I believe that a guy could still be straight in RL and have fantasies about Roger, Pepe le Pew, Bugs Bunny or other chars. If that helps or makes any sense...
